Care designed around the health concerns that affect how you feel every day.

Perimenopause & Menopause Care

Navigate hormonal change with greater clarity and confidence. We look at symptoms, metabolic health, sleep, cognition, bone and cardiovascular health, and hormone therapy when appropriate.

Digestive & Dermatology Care

Move toward feeling more comfortable, confident and at ease in your body. We work with concerns such as IBS, SIBO, reflux, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, hives, bloating, food reactivity and complex digestive symptoms.

Hormone & Fertility Care

From painful or irregular periods to PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, pregnancy preparation and postpartum health, we take a comprehensive look at your cycle, hormones and the factors influencing how you feel.

Complex & Chronic Illness Care

For multisystem concerns including autoimmunity, recurrent infections, mould and mycotoxin illness, POTS, MCAS and CIRS; we take the time to investigate patterns, identify priorities and build a thoughtful path forward.

Thoughtful care. A deeper understanding of your health.

We take the time to look at your health as a whole—your history, symptoms, lifestyle, previous investigations and the patterns connecting them. When clinically appropriate, your care may include comprehensive blood testing or specialized laboratory assessment, alongside nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle strategies and prescription or hormone therapy.

Our goal is not simply to collect more information, but to identify what information will meaningfully change your care.

What to Expect:

A 20-minute conversation to discuss what brings you in, whether our approach is a good fit, and what working together may look like.

Your care begins with two 60-minute Initial Consultations approximately two weeks apart, allowing us to understand your health history, identify clinical priorities, determine appropriate testing and begin treatment.

Through Comprehensive and Focused Follow-Up Consultations, we monitor your response, review results and thoughtfully refine your treatment plan over time.

This care may be right for you if…

You’ve been managing symptoms for some time and want a more comprehensive understanding of what may be contributing to them.

You want a practitioner who will look at your history, symptoms and available data together, not in isolation.

You value a collaborative approach and are ready to actively participate in your care

You want a clear plan, ongoing guidance and care that evolves as your health does.

Your next step begins with a conversation.

Who We Are

I believe good healthcare begins with taking the time to understand the whole person, not simply an isolated symptom or laboratory result.

I am to provide thoughtful, highly personalized naturopathic care for patients navigating hormonal, digestive, metabolic and complex chronic health concerns. I take the time to understand your history, listen carefully to what has changed, review the information already available, and identify the clinical priorities that deserve attention first.

My role is to bring clarity to what can often feel complicated. Through education, appropriate investigation and an individualized treatment plan, I aim to give you a clearer understanding of your health, thoughtful guidance on what to do next, and ongoing care that evolves with you over time.

Consults are available virtually throughout the Yukon.

I’ve been supporting people learn how the body works and improve their health since 2012, and am honoured to do so. My goal is that you can learn, look and feel your best.

I look forward to working with you,

Dr. Kaylee Alton, ND

FAQs

Please upload any relevant blood work or imaging completed within the previous 12 months before your Initial Consultations.

Dr. Alton will review the information you already have before determining whether additional laboratory testing would meaningfully contribute to your assessment or treatment plan. Our aim is to investigate thoughtfully and avoid unnecessary duplication wherever possible. When additional laboratory testing is clinically appropriate, private-pay testing may be arranged through the clinic with a local blood draw clinic in Whitehorse, OR, through a referral letter to your primary care provider or walk-in clinic, to support your case if they agree with our rationale.

Naturopathic services, supplements and private laboratory testing are not covered by government healthcare.

Many extended health benefit plans include coverage for naturopathic consultations. Coverage varies by insurer and individual plan, so we recommend confirming your naturopathic benefit directly with your insurance provider.

Following each eligible service, you will receive a detailed receipt that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement where applicable.

We do not direct bill insurance providers.

Payment is processed securely through the card you have on file, and a detailed receipt is provided through your patient portal. You may then submit the receipt to your extended health insurance provider for reimbursement, where applicable.

Yes. Many of our patients are already taking prescription medications or working with other healthcare providers when they begin care with us.

Your current medications, supplements and treatment history are reviewed as part of your assessment so that recommendations can be made safely and appropriately. When relevant, Dr. Alton may also communicate with other members of your healthcare team to support coordinated care.

Your Discovery Call is a 20-minute conversation designed to determine whether our approach and your healthcare needs are well aligned. If we decide to move forward together, we will reserve your first two 60-minute Initial Consultations, typically spaced approximately two weeks apart, and begin setting up your care.

You will then receive your intake and consent forms through your secure patient portal. Any recent laboratory or imaging reports can be uploaded before your first consultation for review.

Your first months of care are intentionally structured to allow time for a comprehensive assessment, appropriate investigation, the beginning of treatment, and an early reassessment of your progress.
